I quickly felt at ease during our initial conversation. Hayley made it easy to ask questions and gave good support and advice on moving my business forward. It’s much easier to take action on advice given when you have someone to be accountable to. I wanted to take on board and apply the knowledge that Hayley had given to me, so having an action sheet from Hayley made this much easier.  I think having this kind of coaching on a regular basis would be great to keep me moving forward and building on what I have already done.
